Wenst u betere controle over uw properties?

Sanne Buurma stuurde me een mailtje gisteren met de vermelding dat Sean Dotson's iPropWiz 2009 klaar is:

iPropWiz 2009 is an Autodesk Inventor addin that allows users to better control and manage the iProperties that define each model. iPropWiz replaces the built in Inventor iProperties dialog allowing you to only access the iProperties that you want to see. Some of the reasons to use iPropWiz include:

1. See only the iProps you want to see. No more searching through the standard Inventor tabbed iProperties dialogue.
2. Rename iProperties to more useful names. Instead of Web Link you can now have an iProperty named Location or BarCode Number, etc...
3. Provide users with predefined lists of values for iProperties.
4. Enforce the use of these lists for iProperties.
5. Make some iProperties required.
6. Quickly copy properties from one part to another.
7. Have multiple configurations of properties for different projects or customers.

Op de website vind u nog meer mogelijkheden van deze Tool alsook een hele hoop tutorials in de vorm van filmpjes.
Dit lijkt me zeer interessant voor bedrijven die hun personalisering ten top wensen te brengen, maar natuurlijk ook om het uzelf veel makkelijker te maken. Naar mijn mening zou het er in Inventor exact zo moeten uitzien!
