Network licensing error [1.5.-15] when starting the software

When you tried to launch your AutoCAD®-based software, the following error message was displayed:
The network license manager was not able to get a valid license. If this problem continues, please contact your system administrator. Error [1.5.-15]

Activation errors when running program on a machine using external USB devices

When you activated the software and restarted the program, you received activation errors. These errors either occured within the same Windows session or when the machine was rebooted. Your computer usually has external USB devices, such as hard drives, thumb drives or hardware lock keys, attached. The most common error messages received were 0.1.0011 or 11.1.6011.
