Hotfix - OptionKey issues on Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 2008

Autodesk has released this Hotfix to address this thread related issue in Autodesk Mechanical Desktop 2008.

Instances of Option Key not functioning were observed. "Invalid selection" was shown.

The problem was observed on the Autodesk Mechanical Desktop side and the issue has been fixed in set of .dll files provided in the patch file.
